Chelsea caretaker manager Frank Lampard insists there's no reason for major players hesitating joining the club.
Chelsea will finish mid-table this season.
But Lampard reasons: "'Form is temporary, quality is permanent', fits very well here.
"If I were a player, I would definitely move here, because it is a fantastic club. Sometimes it's also fun to be part of the process of moving the club to where it needs to be.
"I see good intentions to move the club forward. Many big clubs go through difficult periods at one point in terms of form. The more successful you have been, the more headlines there are at those times."
