PSV boss Ruud van Nistelrooy allowed the exit of star Noni Madueke to Chelsea.
The attacker has signed on the dotted line for the Blues until 2031 in a surprise winter move.
The 20-year-old, an ex-Tottenham academy product, has only played nine games for PSV this term.
Per football.london, van Nistelrooy was initially reluctant to sell Madueke.
However, the prices involved meant that a deal was the best case scenario for PSV.
The Eredivisie side will now have plenty of funds to secure a replacement.
