Chelsea are willing to outbid all rivals for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.
BILD says Chelsea have told Borussia Dortmund they are willing to pay over £87million to land Bellingham.
The Blues have therefore appeared to have taken a shock lead in the race for Bellingham's signature.
