Chelsea chiefs are planning a major clearout this summer.

The Telegraph says those Chelsea players on loan are the priority choices to sell.

Lewis Hall is expected to make a permanent move to Newcastle, while Romelu Lukaku, who is on loan at AS Roma, is also available on a free transfer.

In addition, Ian Maatsen is with Borussia Dortmund, where he has started in every game since he moved to Germany. Chelsea management expects Maatsen to be signed permanently.

Trevor Chalobah, Armando Broja, Conor Gallagher and Marc Cucurella have also been mentioned as potential Chelsea departures.
