The Blues are very busy improving the first team of new head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
Per Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have done all the work to agree personal terms and a transfer fee to sign Brazilian forward Angelo Gabriel.
The attacker will be heading to Stamford Bridge in a long-term deal until 2029.
Chelsea will pay Brazilian side Santos around 12.9 million for their front man.
Barcelona were also interested, but they have decided against pursuing the deal.
Chelsea have already signed Nicolas Jackson and Dujuan Richards in the last couple of weeks.
