However, Raphinha wanted a move to Barcelona, and paper reports in England and Spain suggest they have now reached a deal with Leeds as well.
With Raphinha heading to Barca, The Guardian states that Chelsea will move onto Milan's Rafael Leão.
They are also assessing Bayern Munich's Serge Gnabry, as both players are favorites of manager Thomas Tuchel.
The Blues want to revamp their attack, which will include Manchester City's Raheem Sterling as well.
