Chelsea youngster Trevoh Chalobah believes they should focus on the positives after drawing with Brentford.
The Blues were unable to sustain their great start under manager Graham Potter against the Bees in midweek.
They were held to a 0-0 draw by their west London neighbors, but Chalobah was not too pessimistic post-game.
“Playing here last season, we all knew how tough it would be," he stated, per club media.
“Brentford are a hard side to face, especially when they're at home.
“I thought we dealt well with them and we have to be happy with another clean sheet, which was a positive.
“They're very strong and physical up front, those are their strengths, but I felt we dealt with them well defensively. They've got some very good strikers, players like Ivan Toney, but I felt we kept them quiet.
“It was pretty open at times, which is something we didn't want to allow the game to become because I think that plays into their hands a little.
“We managed to calm the game down though and play our way. We pressured them a lot, created some chances but ultimately we're just disappointed we couldn't get a goal to force a late winner, but we leave with a clean sheet and a point, so those are positives we can take from here."
