Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham is another who is out due to injury.
Both players have withdrawn due to shoulder injuries.
Five players have now pulled out of Gareth Southgate's initial squad for the games on 17 and 20 November.
On Monday, Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa) and Rico Lewis (Manchester City) replaced the injured James Maddison (Tottenham), Callum Wilson (Newcastle) and Lewis Dunk (Brighton).
