Chelsea's former head coach Mauricio Pochettino has lost his job.
The Argentine has been let go by the Stamford Bridge club due to underperformance.
Even though Pochettino ended the season with five successive victories, the club finishing sixth in the Premier League was not sufficient.
Per The Guardian, the club's hierarchy felt that certain aspects of the team were not improving.
Pochettino was not able to get the players to improve their finishing, while his training was described as antiquated."
However, many of the players had voiced their support for the Argentine in recent weeks.
