Chelsea have been encouraged in their interest in Arsenal attacker Gabriel Martinelli.
The wideman, 21, is flying for the table-topping Gunners in his best season so far.
But it's claimed Chelsea are monitoring the situation over his contract, says The Sun.
The Blues would face a huge battle to land a player who is linking up so well with his fellow Brazilian, Gabriel Jesus.
Martinelli has also insisted he wants to stay at the Emirates for many years.
One factor, though, might be the sort of pay rise he is offered to extend his deal past 2024.
