Chelsea are in advanced talks with Crystal Palace midfielder Michael Olise over personal terms.
Olise's deal carries a 35m buyout clause, however it's claimed Chelsea will pay 45m to sign the France U21 international.
The London Evening Standard says an agreement is now close which will mark a homecoming for Olise.
Olise was previously at Chelsea as a youth player between 2009 and 2015.
He is currently recovering from a hamstring injury suffered with France at this summer's U21 Euros.
