Chelsea are battling AS Monaco for Santos whizkid Deivid Washington.
The teen is keen on a move to Chelsea, where he would be immediately loaned out to French partners Strasbourg.
However, Santos are happier with Monaco's initial offer and favour selling to the Ligue 1 club.
