Chelsea are eager to secure Charlie Webster to a new contract.
It's been confirmed Webster will play next season on-loan with Heerenveen in Holland.
Webster is a target for Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven.
However, Blues management want to keep hold of the 19 year-old and talks are kicking off over a new deal, says the London Evening Standard.
Chelsea want Webster's signature on a new contract before he departs for Heerenveen's preseason.
