Arsenal are said to have turned down an offer from Chelsea to sign Emile Smith Rowe.
The attacking midfielder, who has barely featured for the club over the past 12 months, wants to leave.
Smith Rowe wants to play regular first team football, while various British outlets state Chelsea are eager to sign him.
However, The Mail states that a first bid from the Blues has been flatly rejected.
Chelsea are said to be offering a fee in the region of 35 million for Smith Rowe.
Many Arsenal fans would be disappointed to see the academy graduate depart the club this summer.
