Chelsea have formally opened talks with PSG for superstar Neymar.
Le 10 Sport says negotiations have kicked off between the two clubs over the Brazil captain.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly was in Paris last month to meet with PSG directors about transfer strategy and it's now emerged a move has been made for Neymar.
While initially reluctant to make the switch to Chelsea, Neymar is now more receptive.
The attacker has fallen out with PSG ultras and there appears to be a clearout underway inside the club with Lionel Messi departing.
