Chelsea have made a move for Real Valladolid defender Ivan Fresneda.
The talented fullback is expected to leave Valladolid this summer following their relegation last season.
Barcelona are favourites to land him, but Sport says Arsenal and latecomers Chelsea are also in contact.
Valladolid have rejected a Barca offer of 10m plus 15m in bonuses in recent days.
Fresneda previously spent four years in Real Madrid's academy.
