Chelsea will not consider another loan for Romelu Lukaku next season.
After his loan with Inter Milan last term, Lukaku is due to return to Chelsea for preseason training.
The Belgium international is wanted back at Inter, which would prefer another loan.
However, the London Evening Standard says Chelsea are insisting only on an outright sale.
Saudi Arabian clubs are willing to buy Lukaku, but he is reluctant to move to the Middle East at this stage in his career.
