Chelsea have made a new move for Dynamo Moscow winger Arsen Zakharyan.
The Russia international saw a move to Chelsea fall through a year ago due to financial sanctions on Russia.
However, the deal is now back on thanks to Chelsea's purchase of French club Strasbourg.
The London Evening Standard says Chelsea are offering 15m for Zakharyan with the aim of placing him at Strasbourg for the new season.
The Russia international would then join Chelsea's squad for the 2024/25 season.
