Chelsea have launched a bid for Crystal Palace midfielder Michael Olise.
Both Chelsea and Manchester City have shown interest in the France U21 star.
Olise's contract has a buyout clause of 35m.
RMC Sport says Chelsea have made an offer for the Frenchman.
Their first bid is worth 25m - an offer that Palace are expected to reject.
