Chelsea are releasing Denis Zakaria back to parent club Juventus.
The Swiss midfielder has been on a season-long loan, but will not be offered a permanent deal by Chelsea.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports: "Mauricio Pochettino has decided on Denis Zakaria.
"Swiss midfielder's set to leave Chelsea in June, he's not part of the plans.
"Chelsea will not trigger the buy option clause, Zakaria will return at Juventus and then will assess his options."
