Chelsea are planning a clear-out of players in the summer to balance their books.

The Blues spent an astonishing 500 million on players since the start of the summer transfer window.

Over the summer and winter, they have put in immense figures to improve the squad.

Now the London Evening Standard states that it will be time to balance the books, as the club looks to sell fringe players.

RB Leipzig forward Christopher Nkunku is joining in the summer, while other players will be targeted.

The source adds that Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Conor Gallagher, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy could all be sold.
