Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek was seen at the La Madonnina clinic this morning.
Loftus-Cheek is undergoing a medical ahead of completing his move to AC Milan.
Chelsea have accepted a 20m offer from Milan for the England international.
Loftus-Cheek has also agreed terms over a Rossonero deal, accepting a cut on his Chelsea wages to make the move to San Siro.
There's a confidence the midfielder will sign his Milan contract this afternoon.
