Chelsea starlet Cole Palmer has claimed his teammate Mykhaylo Mudryk meant to score against Arsenal in a 2-2 draw.
Mudryk struck in the contest to give his side a 2-0 lead at the time, but appeared to be very lucky.
His apparent cross did not go in the direction of a teammate, but instead went straight into the net over David Raya in goal.
"We're obviously very disappointed not to get the three points but Arsenal are a very good side and one of the best teams in the league," Palmer said after the game about the draw.
"We went toe-to-toe with them.
"He [Mudryk] might have meant it - I don't know. If he meant it, fair play to him."
