The two decision makers had a meeting regarding Brazil and PSG winger Neymar.
The attacker is on the market in the summer, with PSG looking to move him on.
Per The Mirror, Boehly flew into Paris for PSG's 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League round of 16 first leg.
Neymar was anonymous for most of the contest, as was Argentine World Cup winner Lionel Messi.
Chelsea may be looking to secure Neymar in a budget deal, if PSG are eager to get rid of his contract.
