Chelsea are ready to renew their interest in Barcelona wonderkid Pau Cubarsi.
The Premier League giants are eager to sign the 17-year-old from La Masia in the coming months.
Per Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea will take advantage of a modest release clause in his contract.
The player is available for a value of just 8.5 million, given he signed a deal as a 16-year-old until 2026.
Barca will hope to get him to renew his deal, but may not be able to do so in time to stop a Chelsea bid.
Chelsea have also been assessing other young talent, having secured 16-year-old Ecuador international Kendry Paez recently.
