Chelsea are said to be preparing to sell Trevoh Chalobah this summer to raise funds.
The defender, who is 24, came back to full fitness in February and has impressed.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently claimed that Chelsea will cash in on Chalobah.
Fans were impressed by his leadership skills in a recent 2-0 win over Tottenham.
Chalobah is not thought to want to leave the club, as he believes that he can nail down a starting spot.
Given he is an academy product, any sale would go into club accounts as pure profit.
