Chelsea are making a move for Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners.
Sportmediaset says Chelsea had scouts in attendance at Atalanta's win over Liverpool last week - and they were impressed by the Dutchman.
The Blues are now preparing a bid of 60m for the midfielder.
Koopmeiners has previously said that he has informed Atalanta of his desire to leave this summer.
The midfielder's contract with Atalanta runs until the summer of 2027.
