Chelsea are readying a move for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.
With his deal expiring in June, Inter face having to sell the Slovakia international in January.
Transfer expert Ekrem Konur is reporting Chelsea plan to offer €20-30m for Skriniar.
The Blues will also table terms to Skriniar worth €9m-a-year.
In talks with Inter, Skriniar wants €7.5m-a-year to stay, while the Nerazzurri have offered €6m-a-year.
