Chelsea are battling Barcelona for Corinthians midfielder Gabriel Moscardo.
Chelsea have already made a first bid for the defensive midfielder. Corinthians are said to want 25-30m to sell Moscardo.
Sport says Barcelona have also been keen on Moscardo for an extended period.
The 17-year-old has managed to play eleven competitive matches at senior level. Barcelona's new sporting director Deco is a great admirer of the talent.
However, Chelsea are favourites as Barcelona's financial difficulties cannot match their spending power.
