Chelsea haven't dropped their pursuit of Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
For the Blues, talks over a deal for Fernandez are ongoing, according to Sky Germany.
Reporter Florian Plettenberg said: "Understand talks are ongoing in the background but at this stage a transfer is unlikely."
The Blues were trying to agree a deal around the £85million mark but Benfica have been clear that they must pay his £105m release clause in order to strike a deal.
Fernandez looks set to stay at Benfica this month, something he indicated during a recent goal celebration when he pointed to the ground.
