Chelsea are making a move to sign Brighton's Head of Recruitment, Paul Winstanley.
The Blues have already raided Brighton for manager Graham Potter and his entire backroom staff.
However, they are not satisfied, and are now turning their attention to Winstanley.
Per the Daily Mail, Potter has a good relationship with Winstanley, which makes the move appealing for all parties.
Co-owner of Chelsea, Todd Boehly, wants to improve their recruitment setup after a tough first transfer window in charge.
Winstanley has a great reputation for transfers, which included identifying the likes of Yves Bissouma, Leandro Trossard and Moisés Caicedo in recent years.
