Chelsea are very close to finalising a £45 million deal for Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling.
The Blues are hoping to raid the Premier League champions for the English attacker to bolster their front-line.
According to the Daily Mail, Sterling is still wanted by Pep Guardiola at City, but the club are willing to sell him if he does not commit to signing a new contract.
The source states that Sterling will sign a four-year contract with Chelsea.
Chelsea are also hoping to secure Raphinha from Leeds United as part of a new-look front line for manager Thomas Tuchel next-term.
The London club also want Nathan Ake from City.
