Chelsea are ready to sell Romelu Lukaku this summer.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea are willing to sell Lukaku for 40m.
Inter Milan, where Lukaku spent last season on-loan, bid 30m for the Belgium international last week.
Al-Hilal are also in contact and have the spending power to meet Inter's asking price.
But Lukaku is yet to be convinced about a move to the Middle East and is holding out for Inter to raise their offer this coming week.
