Felix is on-loan from Atletico Madrid, with the deal not carrying a permanent option.
Eleven Sports is reporting Felix is keen on leaving both Chelsea and Atletico for Newcastle this summer.
The report appeared on their Twitter account, with Felix responding.
In the comments, the Portugal striker scoffed: "You are a bunch of know-it-alls!"
