Lukaku spent last season with Inter Milan, but the Nerazzurri will not be signing him in a permanent deal.
Inter have pulled after learning Lukaku had been holding talks with Juventus.
The Belgian has left Inter and their fans furious.
But Lukaku, on Instagram, wrote: "When that hate don't work they start telling lies..."
