Premier League giants Chelsea have refused to meet Brighton's asking price for midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The Ecuadorian international is a huge target for the Stamford Bridge club this summer.
However, Caicedo's 80 million asking price is out of range for nearly any team on the planet.
Even the Blues, who have been spending significant sums over the past 18 months, have said they will not go to such a figure.
Manchester United and Arsenal are the two other teams with an interest in Caicedo.
Brighton have already sold Alexis Mac Allister to Liverpool for a modest sum, as he had a release clause in his contract.
