Chelsea could be set to pull off a Manchester United hijack to sign a centre half this summer.

The veteran has departed Stamford Bridge and is heading back to his homeland for one more season in football.
Per TuttoJuve, Chelsea have identified Juve man Bremer as the ideal replacement.
However, Manchester United have been hot on his heels for the past few months as well.
The Red Devils may have to convince Bremer that he will play more often at Old Trafford.
Juve are said to want roughly 60 million for any sale, given Bremer's value to the team.
