Chelsea have upped their price for Conor Gallagher this month.
The Mirror says Chelsea were willing to sell the midfielder for 50m last summer.
However, they are now demanding 60m to part with Gallagher.
Tottenham are interested in the England international, though not at Chelsea's valuation.
Chelsea will come to the table for 50m, but are insisting he won't leave for less than 60m.
