Chelsea are willing to pay premium price for Crystal Palace midfielder Michael Olise.
The France U21 attacker is expected to leave Palace this summer, though the Eagles will be reluctant sellers.
However, the Mirror says Chelsea are prepared to go as high as 60m to keep Olise in London.
Olise is also a target for Manchester United.
He scored 10 times from just 14 league starts, assisting six times over the past season.
