The former Genoa fullback made the move to Juve last week.
The Old Lady have paid €3.5m plus Romania international Radu Dragusin to sign Cambiaso.
The deal had hinged on Dragusin accepting a move to Serie B.
Chiellini was able to convince Dragusin to move to the Stadio Ferraris, despite the club's relegation. Chiellini left Juve this summer for Inter Miami.
