A man in Henan, China, was blessed with 3 children after being married to the woman he loves for 13 long years. Unfortunately, a recent discovery about the marriage broke the man’s heart.

All 3 children were never his to begin with, as the kids were actually fathered by his own uncle.

A man in China finds out that his 3 children are actually fathered by his uncle after conducting DNA tests

The suspicions about his children’s paternity arose during a quarrel with his second uncle during a recent house visit. Furthermore, a question posed by his neighbour set a chain of events in motion:

“Don’t you notice your eldest daughter looks just like your uncle?”

The man, Mr. Zhou, was taken aback by the question that sent chills down his spine, and he started observing his children more closely. To his dismay, he realised that his children did resemble his uncle. Unable to sit still with the possibilities, Mr. Zhou secretly took his children to a series of paternity tests, and the answer came to light.

But it wasn’t an answer that could send Zhou into a breath of relief.

DNA tests confirmed that all Zhou’s daughters are NOT his.

Throughout the marriage, Zhou worked hard to support the family, but he had to spend years away from his family while doing so. Despite his absence at home, Zhou never failed to make sure the family was well-fed and had enough by transferring the money to his wife. Unfortunately, his homecoming came with the devastating news.

Zhou filed for a divorce and sought ~RM88,400 compensation from his wife

Zhou told his uncle to go for a paternity test, to which the latter refused, while his wife remained silent about the matter.

Zhou then filed for a divorce and demanded a RMB150,000 (~RM88,300) in child support. His wife initially refused and decided to move in with Zhou’s second uncle. Earlier this month, she finally agreed to pay RMB10,000 (~RM5,889) annually, with a total of 15 years to repay.

According to China.com, his wife’s infidelity had brought shame to the family, and despite not being a criminal offence, it is a violation of Article 8 of the Civil Code in the country.
