When it comes to finding a reunion dinner spot for Lunar New Year, there are two types of people: those who booked their table back in November and those now looking to secure one just weeks before. If you fall into the latter group, don’t worry, as we’ve got you covered. Here are the best reunion dinner menus to savour in Singapore this Chinese New Year 2026.

This year, Chinese New Year falls on February 17 and with it comes a season of feasting. If you’re not one to celebrate at home, you’re in luck as restaurants are ushering in the new year with lavish multi-course menus that fit every palate. There are restaurants like Yi by Jereme Leung and Jiang-Nan Chun that are elevating traditional dishes with prized ingredients. Meanwhile, restaurants like Cote Singapore and Thanying Restaurant put their own unique spin on the classic reunion dinner feast. Regardless of which restaurant you choose, be assured that you will be well-fed.

Min Jiang at Goodwood Park

Usher in the Year of the Horse with Min Jiang’s indulgent Lunar new year spread. Dig into plates like the nourishing Double-boiled Abalone Soup which features a rich chicken broth that has been simmered with dried scallops and wawa cabbage. Each bowl comes brimming with deep-fried grouper slices and handmade meatballs. Other highlights include boneless pork knuckle that have been slowly braised for over three hours until fork-tender, and Braised Whole Spring Chicken thats tender and succulent. Min Jiang’s beloved Claypot Reunion Rice also makes a return this year and comes layered with preserved Chinese pork sausages, waxed duck leg, pork belly and liver.

Shang Palace

Shang Palace is galloping into the new year with an extensive lineup of dishes curated by executive Chinese chef Daniel Cheung. Pick from six different eight-course set menus featuring classic dishes like the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Sautéed Lobster, Braised Bird’s Nest Broth, and more. Dishes are also available as a la carte. Vegetarian options are available too, with plates like Braised Bean Curd Puff, Braised Bamboo Pith Fungus Rolls and Five-Grain Fried Rice.

Along with classic reunion dinner plates, Shang Palace also introduces its Dim Sum Delights Menu. Available during lunch, the menu puts the spotlight on bite-sized gems like Steamed Snow Crab Dumplings, Glutinous Rice Balls and Golden Abalone Tart.

Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro

Welcome the Year of the Horse in Shisen Hanten’s signature Chūka Szechwan Ryori style. The meal begins on a high note with the Shisen Hansen Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng, elevated with Oscetra caviar at an additional cost. Look forward to signatures like the Foie Gras Chawanmushi with Crab Roe, which sees smooth and creamy chawanmushi topped with a rich crab roe sauce. Then, dig into the succulent Roasted Chicken that’s marinated with Chinese herbs before roasted to achieve a crispy and golden brown skin. The dish is enhanced with the addition of garlic. Along with signatures, find new additions like the Wok-fried Glutinous Rice dotted with Chinese sausage and Canadian foie gras. Man Fu Yuan

This Lunar New Year, executive Chinese chef Aaron Tan and his team has curated a selection of set menus featuring auspicious dishes to welcome the Year of the Horse. Pick from seven set menus that serve up Cantonese flavours. Anticipate plates like the Alaskan King Crab steamed with egg whites and 15-year Chinese wine, which brings out the prized crustacean’s natural sweetness. Another dish to look forward to is the Salt-baked Chicken that’s infused with red wine and sand ginger. The result is smoky with a tangy sweetness. Dishes are also available as a la carte.

Jade

Have a lavish feast this Lunar New Year at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Jade. This year, Chinese executive chef Leong Chee Yeng has curated a lineup of dishes that honours nostalgic classics through “exceptional ingredients, elegant details and flavours”. Start the meal with chef Leong’s Gold Rush Yu Sheng complete with an illustration of a galloping horse done by chef Leong himself. Then, indulge in the nourishing Braised Bird’s Nest with Crab Meat, Crab Roe and Liquor in Superior Broth before savouring the Stir-Fried Australian Lobster, Traditional-Style Braised Pork Belly and fragrant Wok-Fried Glutinous Rice snugly wrapped in a thin egg skin.

You’ll want to save room for dessert as the warm Almond Cream with Red Date Paste Glutinous Rice Ball is chef Leong’s take on the Cantonese classic. It’s rich and comforting, the best way to end a hearty meal. Dishes are available in a set menu and as a la carte.

Cote Singapore

This Korean steakhouse is welcoming the season with a lineup of festive offerings. The Feast of the Fire Stallion set menu begins with Gogi Cha, an aromatic USDA Prome beef bone consommé before moving on to five indulgent cuts of USDA Prime, Australian Wagyu and Korean 1++ Hanwoo BMS 9 Ribeye from Jeju Island. The highest grade of Korean beef, the latter is rich and buttery with gorgeous marbling. Meats are presented and served with the restaurant’s signature table side-grilling ritual.

The feast continues with Korean accompaniments, including scallion salad, savoury egg soufflé, spicy kimchi stew and Tteok Mandu Guk, a traditional Korean Lunar New year dish that symbolises renewal and fortune. The decadent meal ends with Cote’s signature Vanilla Soft Serve glazed in soy sauce caramel.

Madame Fan

Celebrate the Year of the Horse with madame Fan’s Spring in Shimmer offerings dreamed up by executive Chinese chef Pak Chee Yit. There’s plenty to look forward to, with its a la carte and set menus featuring dishes like the Poached Boston Lobster bathed in a 20 Years Gu Yue Long Shan Rice Wine Soup. Keep your eyes out for the Abundance Poon Choi too, which comes brimming with premium abalone, seafood and Madame Fan’s signature pork knuckle.

This season, you’ll also find a Lunar New Year edition of Madame Fan’s beloved Dim Sum, Drink Sum Brunch menu. Running every weekend and public holidays until March 1, anticipate handcrafted gems and cantonese signatures.

Cherry Garden by Chef Fei

Visit Cherry Garden by Chef Fei for its lavish Fortune set menu this Chinese New Year. The meal begins with a chef Fei’s reimagined take on the Chaoshan-style Yu Sheng. His take on the vibrant platter features julienned vegetables, crispy taro, house-made sauce of Chaoshan sour plum and live Australian lobster. The meal continues with the umami-rich Charcoal-grilled New Zealand Live Abalone, diced Wagyu beef sautéed with Sichuan peppercorn and chilli, and poached leopard grouper. Save space for the Wok-fried Seafood Fried Rice that’s elevated with the addition of umami-filled sakura ebi.

Yan Ting

Yan Ting is welcoming the Year of the Horse with set menus curated by executive Chinese chef Chan Chung Shing. Pick from its selection of six- and eight-course set menus, featuring hearty plates like the nourishing pumpkin broth with braised superior birds nest, crabmeat and truffle.

Find other prized ingredients taking centrestage too, including the sea cucumber that has been stuffed with shrimp paste and deep fried until crispy. This festive season, look forward to decadent Cantonese delicacies at Summer Pavilion. Find six- to eight-course set menus with dishes like the steamed Dong Xing Grouper that’s complete with minced pork, preserved vegetables and black bean. Yi by Jereme Leung is celebrating the season with a selection of dine-in menus. Get to savour hearty dishes like the Double-boiled Spiky Sea Cucumber Soup, which features a crystal-clear consumer that symbolises longevity and prosperity. The soup brims with wild termite fungus, sea whelk and Hokkaido conpoy. Other highlights also include Stir-fried Green Asian Lobster, Steamed Spotted Garoupa and Braised Pork Knuckle.

If you’re looking to celebrate the new year with a lighter meal, visit during the day for its Lunar New Year Weekend Dim Sum Set Menu. Only available for lunch on February 21, 22, 28 and March 1.

Yi by Jereme Leung’s Chinese New Year set menus are available from February 1 to March 3. The Lunar New Year a la carte menu is available from February 17 to March 3. Regular a la carte menu and weekend dim sum set menu will not be available during this period. On Chinese New Year eve (February 16) Yi by Jereme Leung will only be open for dinner and will only serve the Opulent Set menu.

Welcome the Year of the Horse at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s Jiang-Nan Chun. Look forward to lunch and dinner set menus curated by executive Chinese chef Alan Chan. The Long Ma Jing Shen (S$278++ per person) set menu begins with its Fortune Salmon Yu Sheng that’s crowned with abalone. Thanying Restaurant

This Chinese New Year, Thanying’s head chef Tamawat Itthipornwithool (chef Gust) has dreamed up a Thai-Chinese-inspired festive set menus. Sets are made for sharing, with dishes complete with a Thai twist. You have the signature Phad Kra-Praw Pla, which sees fish maw stir-fried in a Thai-Chinese style sauce. The bold and spicy Chu-Chi Goong features succulent river prawns that are glazed in a Thai Chu Chi curry sauce. These dishes are available both in the set menu and as a la carte dishes.
