LAHAD DATU: People should choose leadership that can solve the people’s problems, especially basics such as water and electricity as well as roads.
Parti Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) state government should be using the RM900 million Sukuk fund to overcome basic problems instead of a restructuring exercise that involved three state-owned companies.
“Profits and interests of the company become a priority not the interests of the people. We become a government not about the company but about the people,” he said during the “Jelajah DSSA Bersama Rakyat” programme in Silabukan, Saturday.
