Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s small-scale bumiputera contractors are calling for the State Government’s assistance in recovering from their losses and debts accumulated during the pandemic.
According to the President of Class F Malaysian Bumiputera Contractors Association (Perkobf), Tukiman Radion, the solution is to increase government awarded projects.
“In Sabah there are 7,431 Class F (now called G1) contractors where more than 300 are Perkobf members. The government has to give a win-win chance for Sabahans,” he said.
