CEBU Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) on Tuesday said that the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) had cleared NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd.’s subscription to 40 percent of the voting shares of subsidiary CLI Luzon Ventures, Inc.

The Visayas-Mindanao developer told the stock exchange that the PCC had approved the deal on Jan. 9, 2026, and the company received the certification on Jan. 12, 2026.

CLI Luzon is a wholly-owned subsidiary established to spearhead the Cebu Landmaster’s real estate developments in the Luzon region. The partnership with NTT UD is expected to support the company’s expansion outside the Visayas and Mindanao.

Cebu Landmasters shares were unchanged at P2.49 each on Tuesday amid a 0.17-percent drop for the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index.
