The footage, widely shared on social media, captured the car being driven at a high speed within the service centre compound before losing control and slamming into a wall.

Following the incident, Regal Motors Holdings Sdn. Bhd, an authorised dealer, confirmed that it has fully replaced and repaired the affected Proton S70 at no cost to the customer.

In a TikTok video uploaded by the company, Regal Motors Service Manager Muhammad Afdhal issued a public apology to the car owner on behalf of the dealership.

Everything has been repaired properly. We sincerely hope the owner will continue to support Regal Motors even after this incident,” he said.

New door replacement and full repaint

The dealership replaced the damaged door with a new unit and repaired and repainted all affected areas to restore the vehicle to its original condition.

In the video, the customer was seen inspecting the car after the repairs and appeared satisfied with how the situation was handled.
