Club Brugge manager Ronny Deila is urging Antonio Nusa to stay where he is.
The teenage Norwegian resisted an offer from Chelsea over the summer, but remains on the Blues' radar.
Club Brugge now rate Nusa in the 30m class, having rejected 25m in August from Chelsea for the teen.
Deila said, "I don't want to think about that. I think it is good for him to stay.
"In his first two seasons here he did not play much, now he will do so regularly. He can also bring a lot to the team.
"I'm looking forward to helping him develop. Playing European football here and competing for trophies is the best development he can get and as soon as he feels ready to take the step to the top, he will choose something else."
