LAHAD DATU: Celebrating festivals such as Chinese New Year at the school level can foster the spirit of goodwill among the young, said Segama Community Development Leader (PPM) Datuk Mizma Appehdullah.

She said the effort to celebrate at the school level is a good initiative that can instil mutual respect and tolerance among the young.

She said that the country is indeed well-known for the harmony and unity between the multi-ethnic and multi-religious communities since time immemorial.

“One of the ways for us to maintain this unity and harmony is to cultivate noble values ​​such as mutual respect from an early stage among our young generation.
