- He expressed relief after being told by a urologist that his intermediate-stage cancer was not terminal, stating he would be “buying Christmas presents for many years to come”.
- Davro mentioned that his only symptom prior to diagnosis was erectile dysfunction.
- The diagnosis follows a stroke two years ago and the death of his fiancée, Vicky Wright, from pancreatic cancer three years prior.
