BILLIONAIRE television host and comedian Willie Revillame was among the bidders of the luxury cars formerly owned by contractor couple Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya, who are at the center of the flood control bribery scandal.

Revillame’s name cropped up on Wednesday during an auction held by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) office in Port Area, Manila.

Revillame was not personally present, but his name appeared on the list of the registered bidders. He sent a representative.

Aside from the comedian, there were several other bidders.

Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the bureau will not only auction the luxury cars seized from the Discaya family, saying that there were other cars seized by the bureau.

“We will hold an auction every two weeks. Aside from the Discaya, there are so many others seized cars in our yards. We will auction them off to generate much-needed revenue for the government,” Nepomuceno said.

It was the third auction held by the BOC since November last year. The BOC held the first auction for the Discaya cars at the time and collected P38,211,710 from the auction of a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG (2022), Mercedes-Benz G500 (2019) Brabus and a Lincoln Navigator (2021).

In the second auction held on Dec. 5, 2025, the Customs bureau generated P9.48 million for the sale of a Toyota Tundra (2022) and a Toyota Sequoia (2023).

The BOC auctioned a total of 10 luxury vehicles, eight of them formerly owned by the Discayas, during the third auction.

The eight Discaya cars were a 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the floor price is set at P29,025,132.58; a 2 022 Bentley Bentayga (2022) with a floor price of P11,103,040.30; a 2024 Lincoln Navigator with a floor price of P8,642,319.86; a Cadillac Escalade (2021), P7,747,289.21; Maserati Levante Modena (2022), P4,091,916.72; GMC Yukon XL Denali (2022), P6,759,673.35; and Cadillac Escalade ESV (2022), P8,278,445.48.

The two others were a Bugatti Chiron 2019 that will have a floor price of more than P160 million and a Bugatti Chiron 2017, with a minimum bid of P149 million.

The BOC seized 28 luxury vehicles from the Discayas, who owned the Alpha and Omega General Contractor and Development Corp., and eiht other contractor firms, by virtue of a court order.

All licenses of the nine contractor firms have been revoked by the Philippine Construction Administration Board.

Alpha and Omega is among the top 15 construction companies that cornered the majority of the flood control and other infrastructure projects around the country that were implemented by the DPWH from 2022 to 2025.
